-Last Thursday during a game of Tapu Ae the two main factors that influenced my participation was Fun and enjoyment and also pushing the body to physical limits.
-Fun and enjoyment influenced me to participate because I wanted to try something new once i was involved i found the game enjoyable because i started to know the rules and how to play properly.
-Pushing the body to physical limits helped me to participate in the game of Tapu Ae because I like to challenge my body and i want to improve my fitness levels after my injury. Due to being injured i wanted to push my body and see if my leg could handle a whole period of practical.
